Water Leak from a Pipe in Gilroy
Plumbing and failed fittings often lead to water leaks and damage in Gilroy homes. This finished basement housed the washer and dryer units which misbehaved and covered the carpeted floor with some gallons of water. The glued down carpet was replaced as requested by our customer. Powerful centrifugal air movers and dehumidifiers can readily vanquish the interior air of excess humidity. With moisture meters we can determine when the concrete pad has stabilized with moisture content, and then we can install a new carpet for our customer. Ourfast action saved the appliances from rusting or incurring other damages.
