Morgan Hill Black Mold Damage Remediation
Mold needs moisture to develop from spores into a damaging event as shown in the ceiling of this Morgan Hill garage. The between-floors space leaked from a PVC drain line. The owner was not aware of a problem until this large stain appeared on the ceiling. Our SERVPRO crew inspected the area and performed a controlled demolition, only removing the non-salvageable sections of panels. The exposed subfloor then had some mold-infested insulation removed as we repaired the leak. An antimicrobial spray was applied to the void to prevent another outbreak of mold growth. We can then hang new drywall and make this garage appear "Like it never even happened."
