Commercial Structure in Gilroy and Storm Damage
The flat roof in this commercial building in Gilroy was damaged from a driving rain and wind storm. The intruding water soaked into the ceiling panels, as evidenced by the water blisters in the Before Photo. Because we arrived quickly and popped the blisters, and then dried the attic void, we could salvage the ceiling panels. Our ASD applied structural drying team knows how and when to restore and not replace building materials. The After Photo illustrates the exceptional job done by our crew to minimize the water damage and continue to restore the premises to its preloss appearance, "Like it never even happened."
