Unfinished Gilroy Basement Burnt Flood Supports
The Before Photo depicts the slightly charred floor joists and beams after a fire in a Gilroy basement. Since the carbonized fire damage was less than 1/4 inch in thickness, we can use pressurized dry ice pellets (a dry ice cannon) to remove it as shown in the After Photo. This method is effective since no demolition is required and the structural integrity of the above-level flooring is still solid. Our SERVPRO FSRT fire and smoke damage technicians have the training and advanced equipment to minimize the disruptions to our customers' routines while saving them money. We can then thermal fog this enclosed area to eliminate any pungent odors improving the indoor air quality.
